For over a century, they have been offering classic Japanese sweets such as warabimochi and amazake. Their signature "warabimochi" is made using carefully selected authentic bracken starch, characterized by its unique firmness and smooth texture.The subtle aroma of cinnamon and the rich flavor of roasted soybean flour create a perfect harmony, preserving the traditional recipe passed down from the founder.
