Which countries and regions are available for delivery?
Currently, we deliver our products to the following 39 countries.

How much is shipping fee?
Our International delivery is operated by Japan Post and its local postal affiliates. Shipping charges will apply for the second and subsequent payments. A Shipping fee is charged every time of delivery in addition to the product price.

When does my box ship?
Your one-time orders and the first order of subscription purchases will be shipped within 2 weeks by Japan Post. Since some products made by local artisans have a relatively short shelf life, we adopt a pre-order basis sales method to ensure that products are always delivered in fresh condition. Your local postal service affiliated with Japan Post will make the final delivery. As for recurring subscriptions, products will be shipped around the 25th of each month.
What is the product delivery cycle?
Your one-time orders and the first order of subscription purchases will be shipped within 2 weeks via Japan Post.
For continued subscription purchases, the automatic recurring payment is made on the 16th; we will ship the products around the 25th of each month. Therefore, the timing for the second box depends on the date of the initial order. Using January as an example, here are the explanations for two patterns:
Pattern 1) If you order the first subscription box between January 1st 00:00 and January 15th 23:59, the first box will be shipped within 2 weeks, and the second box will be shipped around February 25th, the third box around March 25th, and so forth.
Pattern 2) If you order the first subscription box between January 16th 00:00 and January 31st 23:59, the first box will be shipped within 2 weeks, and the second box around March 25th , the third box around April 25th, and so forth.
All orders are processed in Japan Standard Time(JST).
My box/order has shipped. How long will it take to arrive?
Products normally arrive 10-14 days after the ship date, but please allow up to 3 weeks as there might be local customs or weather delays. We send you the tracking number by email once we ship an item. You can check the delivery tracking information at Japan Post website.
Due to the possibility of these delays caused by weather, postal conditions, and customs clearance, we ask you to wait for the above time period to inquire about lost or missing products. If you receive a message from the post office regarding a damaged or lost box, please do not hesitate to send us an email with a photo of the message so we can send you a new one immediately.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by obtaining the tracking number from the shipping confirmation email sent to you and then using it to track the package via the shipping service provider.
Please note that purchase confirmation email does not have tracking number. Tracking number will be ready after shipping confirmation.
