Eitaro Sohompo

Eitaro Sohonpo is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1818 in Nihonbashi, Edo (now Tokyo). The founder, Eitaro, created "Amanatto," a sugared red bean confection, which inspired the shop's name.Today, the shop continues to preserve its traditional flavors.
