Fujimidou

Fujimidou is a long-established rice cracker specialty store with its main shop located in Aoto, Katsushika Ward, Tokyo. Since its founding in 1950, the company has been committed to producing rice crackers and arare (bite-sized rice crackers) entirely in-house, from selecting ingredients to making the dough and packaging, all crafted by skilled artisans. Notable products include the "Botan," made with top-grade Hokkaido rice; the "Shiro Hoobari," known for its light texture; and the "Anko Tembei," which offers a perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. These items are available at various locations, including Gransta Tokyo inside Tokyo Station, Tobu Department Store Ikebukuro, Ecute Nippori, and Isetan Shinjuku, making them ideal as Tokyo souvenirs or gifts. Fujimidou continues to be cherished by many for its fusion of traditional methods and contemporary sensibilities in product creation.
