Ginza Akebono

Ginza Akebono is a traditional Japanese confectionery store established in March 1948 near the Ginza 4-chome intersection in Tokyo. Initially, the shop offered oshiruko (sweet red bean soup) in winter and kakigori (shaved ice) in summer, embodying the hope for a "new dawn for Japan," which inspired the name "Akebono."
