Their flagship products include the "Okome no Junsei Roulade," a roll cake made with rice flour from Tainai-grown Koshihikari rice in Niigata Prefecture, and "Eemon," a madeleine featuring domestic black soybeans. The company's main office is located in the Arai Building, a historical structure built in 1922 and registered as a tangible cultural property.
