Tsurunotamago

Tsuruno Tamago Honpo (Shimoyama Shoujuken) is a long-established Japanese confectionery shop founded in 1887 (Meiji 20) in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture. The founder, Jishiro Shimoyama, created "Tsuruno Tamago," a fusion of the then-rare marshmallow and traditional Japanese sweets, gaining popularity as a unique blend of Japanese and Western confectionery.
