Their main offerings include "Bean Confections and Bean Boxes" made with organic soybeans and black beans from Kaga and Noto, "Golden Castella" featuring Kanazawa's renowned gold leaf (which accounts for over 99% of domestic production), and "Warabi Mochi Baum," a fusion of baumkuchen and warabi mochi.
